Soulmate Food delivers on a Monday & Thursday Between 8am-8pm traffic and weather pending. Please note that once your food has left us your delivery time is out of our hands, please contact DPD direct with any delivery queries. Once you are at the checkout you will have the choice to specify which week you would like your plan to start. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email confirming the date of your delivery.
How can I track my delivery?
An email address and mobile phone number must be entered when placing your order. From this you will receive an email prior to delivery with your allocated time slot, these emails are automatically sent when your delivery driver starts his route.
How much is delivery?
Chilled hand delivery is included in the price.
How will my delivery arrive?
All meals are packed up and sealed in a Soulmate Food box. Once received the meals should be refrigerated immediately.
What if I miss my delivery?
When placing your order please ensure you enter an address where someone will be in to take the delivery. If nobody is available to take the parcel you will be asked for a safe place to leave it. If no safe place is specified, the courier will be unable to deliver and no re-delivery attempt will be made.
Can I rearrange my delivery?
No. When placing your order, you will be asked for a safe place to leave the delivery if there is no one in to receive it. If no safe place is specified, the courier will be unable to deliver and no re-delivery attempt will be made due to the order being fresh produce. This is for the customers own safety.
