what is soulmatefood?

We've pioneered sustainable nutritional plans to compliment your wellness goals. Choose from our "Burn", "Balance" or "Build" menu to sit in line with your goals.

how do i get started?

It's simple! Choose from our range of packages here.

changes and cancellations

can i change my order?

Yes, once an order is placed, you can make changes until midnight Monday for delivery the following Monday. All orders are finalised and cannot be amended after midnight.

how do i cancel my subscription plan?

Cancelling your plan is simple, just call us on 0333 014 6291 and request to cancel your plan. If a payment has been made for a delivery that has not yet been delivered, you will be notified of the final delivery date before you accept the cancellation. Please be aware that once the payment has been made, you will not be able to cancel this box and we will be unable to unauthorise a refund.

when will my plan be delivered?

We'll deliver your food via DPD on a Monday and a Thursday between 8am and 6pm (traffic and weather permitting). Once your order is confirmed, you'll get an email of a text confirming the date of your delivery. Please note that once your food has left us, your delivery time is out of our hands; you'll need to contact DPD directly via your nearest delivery portal or the app.

how much will it cost?

Our handmade plans start from just £145 per week; delivery is of course included.

what if i miss my delivery?

When placing your order, please ensure you enter a valid address and safe place where someone will be in on a Monday or a Thursday to take the delivery. If nobody is available to receive your delivery, it will be left in your designated safe place. If no safe place is specified and the courier is unable to deliver, a redelivery charge of £25.00 will be needed.

how can i keep track of my progress?

As well as being able to edit the menu yourself, all of our meals have been entered into the MyFitnessPal database, making it easy for you to log on and keep track.

how can i work out the macros i need?

No matter what your nutrition goals are, we're here with you at every step of the way. We've compiled an introduction to macros to help you get started. With your freshly prepped meals, we do the hard work; so you don't have to.
