In the days leading up to your Revive plan, we highly recommend reducing your caffeine intake and cutting down the consumption of animal products. Drink plenty of water to ensure you're adequately hydrated and increase your 5 fruit and veg to a 10 day – the more the better. Be sure to consume all four juices and your plant-based dish every day. The plan is designed to give you all of the nutrients your body needs, but anything less will leave you hungry and lacking in energy.
You’ve done it, you feel great, so what now? In the first few days post plan you should include lots of fruits and vegetables and avoid red meat, dairy, alcohol and any processed or fried foods. Your digestive system won't know what's hit it so introduce these foods slowly, and be mindful of what you put into your body. If you've found the Revive plan has had a hugely positive impact on the way you feel, perhaps try enjoying a plant-based diet and phasing out animal products altogether.
