A 5-day plan consisting of 4 juices and 2 charcoal based detox waters. All designed to cleanse and rejuvenate the body.

On this plan, you’ll receive 20 juices and 10 charcoal waters in 1 delivery package.

WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE?

You will receive 4 cold-pressed juices (330ml each) and 2 charcoal based detox waters (330ml each) for each day of the plan (18 bottles in total). The cold-pressed juices arrive fresh, never frozen, so must be refrigerated as soon as possible.

HOW TO REVIVE

There are a few important steps to follow to maximise on the benefits of your Juice Plan.

Pre-Juice Plan

In the days leading up to your Juice Plan, we highly recommend reducing your caffeine intake and cutting down the consumption of animal products. Drink plenty of water to ensure you’re adequately hydrated and increase your 5 fruit and veg a day – the more the better.

During Juice Plan

Be sure to consume all four juices and your charcoal waters every day at or around the specified times. The plan is designed to give you all of the nutrients your body needs, but anything less will leave you hungry and lacking in energy. During your 5-day plan, drink lots of water and add a slice of lemon. Lemon is a great way to make water taste better, and it also helps your body retain hydration.

Post Juice Plan

You’ve done it, you feel great, so what now? In the first few days post plan you should include lots of fruits and vegetables and avoid red meat, dairy, alcohol and any processed or fried foods. Your digestive system won’t know what’s hit it so introduce these foods slowly and be mindful of what you put into your body. If you’ve found the Juice Plan has had a hugely positive impact on the way you feel, perhaps try enjoying a plant-based diet and phasing out animal products altogether.

What is the point of a cleanse?

Too much hard work and not enough down time can leave us feeling pretty rubbish, right? Well our digestive system is no different. Every now and then, our insides need a long weekend or a break of their own. Our gut needs a holiday as well. A cleanse is the perfect opportunity for your digestive system to relax for a few days and recoup after months of hard graft.

Providing you with nothing but plant-based vitamins and minerals, a Juice Plan cleanse will help remove the unwanted nasty toxins from your body, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, healthier and ready to take on the world.

A cleanse can also be the perfect kick start to a low-carb diet, preparing your body for less calorie intake but providing you with all of the nutrients you need.

Am I allowed to eat anything else when I’m on the plan?

Quite frankly, no. It is not recommended to consume any other food/liquids beside water (or lemon infused water).

Will I be starving?

You might feel hungry for the first day of your cleanse, you might not. Fatigue might set in or you could feel more energetic than ever. This is just your body adjusting. The plan is designed to provide you with all of the vitamins and minerals you need, nothing more, nothing less. So stay strong through any signs of hunger, will power is your friend.

Am I allowed to drink anything?

Lots of lots of water, but water only. Feel free to add fresh lemon to your water to add a touch of flavour but nothing else should be consumed. Especially no alcohol or caffeine. Hydration is key.

Will I lose weight?

Chances are you will lose weight if you stick to the plan and avoid eating or drinking anything else other than what we advise. Naturally, if you cut your calories down significantly, you are going to lose weight, but we recommend managing this properly by following our pre and post Juice Plan guidance.

Can I exercise when I’m on the plan?

Sure, light exercise is absolutely fine, just avoid over strenuous or high impact workouts.

Is the plan suitable for me?

The plan is suitable for most people. The plan is vegan approved and gluten free. It isn’t recommended if you are either pregnant, if you have any pre-existing health conditions or are on any prescribed medication. Please consult your GP if you are unsure, or at least speak to our Wellness Manager as the first port of call. Please also check the list of ingredients for allergens.

What are the side effects?

Everyone is different and our bodies can react in a number of ways, although none are serious, you may or may not experience any of the following:

  • Changes to energy levels – excess energy and exhilaration, a light-headed feeling or fatigue
  • Changes in bowel movements
  • Headaches are possible, but usually relate to the lack of caffeine, not the plan itself
  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Mild bad breath

The effects should be temporary and will have passed within a day or so. If any other symptoms persist, please consult your GP.
